RAMP works proactively to ensure the rights and voices of the disability community are heard and respected. RAMP advocates for the implementation of current laws, promotion of needed legislation and improvement of existing systems for people with disabilities while working to diminish negative attitudes that threaten to impede equal access. This legislative update will inform and assist individuals to:

Find out what is happening in the disability community     Create and pass legislation protecting the rights of people with disabilities     Create opportunities for people with disabilities     Provide outlook for what the future holds

RAMP is willing to work one-on-one with legislators to ensure they are armed with the knowledge necessary to be good ambassadors for the twenty percent of their constituents with disabilities. RAMP is the expert opinion and diligent advocate that will always be the voice in their head.
