As a Center for Independent Living, we have been working with students going through various transitions for many years. Several years ago, we identified a need for curriculum to address transition for High School students. The curriculum, that we have developed in house, has been taught in many different school districts and classrooms. Teens in Transition is designed to assist students with high incidence disabilities to make the most educated and informed decisions for their future.
Our curriculum was written for Centers, by a Center.
